Terms and Conditions

  Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings made online or by phone will be confirmed by email .
  • A deposit of $10 per child per day is required at booking, which is non-refundable .
  • Full payment must be made at least 14 days before the camp start date or the child will not be able to attend .
  • GoldenSunCamp accepts payment by credit/debit card and childcare vouchers .

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable .
  • No refunds will be given for any remaining days booked if a child is excluded from camp .

Child Exclusion

  • GoldenSunCamp reserves the right to exclude a child from camp either for the remainder of the day, or for the rest of the season, in cases of discrimination, bullying, persistent poor behavior, or illness .
  • No refund will be given for excluded days and any associated costs will be the parents' responsibility .

Late Pick-up

  • All children must be picked up by 6pm unless otherwise specified .
  • A late pick-up fee of $20 for every 15 minutes after 6pm will be charged to cover additional staffing costs .
  • If a child is not collected by 6:30pm and there is no contact from the parent, Social Services will be contacted .

Off-camp Activities

  • Optional extra excursions and activities may be offered at some camps .
  • All usual standards of care and supervision apply to off-camp activities .
